 Please note, the following  does not qualify for a rebate:

• Used or refurbished appliances
• Appliances purchased from Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, Salvation Army, eBay, or any other thrift stores

2. Submit proof of purchase.
3. Submit proof of inspection by your local municipality or county inspection office (required on natural gas water heater, furnace, or hydro-heat system).
4. For additional cash rebates, please submit a picture of the gas appliance. 

Rebate must be submitted within 6 months of installation to receive payment.
