We are experiencing significant delays in receiving incoming mail due to the extended (3-6 months) closure of the Valparaiso Post Office. Although mail is being rerouted through the Niceville Post Office, some items are being returned to customers. Our mailing and PO Box addresses remain the same. Late payment penalties are currently waived, and we encourage customers to pay online, by phone, or in person when possible. Thank you for being so patient as USPS works to resolve these issues.
