1. Okaloosa Gas is a natural gas utility that constructs, operates, and maintains natural gas transmission and distribution system across three counties of Northwest Florida.
2. The District has direct access to an abundant supply of natural gas from Energy Transfer’s Florida Gas Transmission Pipeline and Boardwalk Pipeline Partners’ Gulf South Pipeline Company via the I-10 Corridor.
3. Serves 50,000 plus natural gas residential, commercial and industrial customers for over 70 years.
4. Provides natural gas service to the four major military installations in Okaloosa and Walton Counties which includes Eglin Air Force Base – the largest Air Force Base in the world. In addition, the District supplies natural gas to the Navy Installation, Whiting Field, in Santa Rosa County.
5. Supplies natural gas to the City of Milton in Santa Rosa County, the City of Gulf Breeze in Escambia County and TECO Peoples Gas in Panama City Beach.
6. Okaloosa Gas has a 10” high pressure line adjacent to the Northwest Florida I-10 Industrial Park that is located south of Interstate 10 on Highway 87 in Santa Rosa County.
7. Okaloosa Gas has high pressure transmission lines adjacent to the Santa Rosa Industrial Park located on Highway 90 allowing the District to serve natural gas industrial customers at this location as well.
8. Okaloosa Gas provides natural gas related new construction/infrastructure services for all industrial sites.
9. Okaloosa Gas will negotiate special industrial rates for all industrial customers that will fall into our competitive rate schedule as outlined in our tariff. A competitive rate can be established for each industrial customer based on volume projections for each individual company.

• Destin Industrial Park
  Located in downtown Destin north of US Highway 98 near the Destin Airport Complex
• Fort Walton Beach Commerce & Technology Park
  Located on 320 acres one mile north of US Highway 98 in western Fort Walton Beach, It is also close proximity to Highway 85 and State Highway 189/Mary Esther Blvd.
• Holt Industrial Park
  Located on 116.9 acres at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Route 189 in rural, northwest Okaloosa County.
• Okaloosa Industrial Air Park
  Located three miles northeast of the City of Crestview
• Shoal River Ranch
  Gigasite in Okaloosa County, Totaling over 10,500 Acres, with 6,850 Acres North of I-10 and 3,650 Acres South of I-10.  A Florida DOT Maintained Overpass, spanning 350 feet connects the parcels. There are approximately 2,043 acres ready for industrial development.

  Located in the heart of the county, Freeport Industrial is less than 10 miles from I-10 and 13 miles to the beaches. Many businesses have located here due to its proximity to their customers.
